Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the configuration and maintenance of software systems and related technology components for Wipro clients. The role involves assisting with system configuration, issue resolution, reporting, and backend support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring applications according to client requirements.
- Collect configuration requirements from business units and coordinate approvals with stakeholders.
- Plan and complete assigned configuration tasks within defined timelines.
- Provide support for changing business needs and system configuration updates.
- Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Assist in implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintain configuration archives and ensure adherence to configuration standards.
- Update existing configuration processes based on client requirements and maintain related documentation.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues within expected timelines.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on configuration parameters for clients and stakeholders.
- Handle documentation and reporting activities aligned with client standards.
- Support issue resolution for modifications and change requests.
Deliverables
- Support continuous integration and deployment activities.
- Ensure error-free onboarding and implementation with adherence to schedules.
- Maintain quality standards and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot queries and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Complete assigned certifications for skill enhancement.
