Job Description
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and make sure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
- Stay patient in every customer interaction, keeping a pleasant and professional tone
- Listen closely to customer needs and concerns, show empathy, and build rapport with the customer
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Offer additional products and/or services when needed
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including noting accounts as required
- Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database
- Make sure the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Take part in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
