Job Description

This role supports the business in assessing the financial costs and benefits of strategic and other project purchases. You will connect with various teams to review business case justifications and the supporting materials. The role involves estimation and reporting on regular and ad hoc initiatives. It is a high visibility position, with responsibility for creating dashboards and presentations at CXO level.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for month and quarter end financial analytics reporting and analysis for the function.
• Producing material to support presentations of budgets, plans and forecasts to management.
• Budgeting and forecasting, and tracking operational performance by building reporting frameworks that leverage technology and best practices.
• Initiating ideas for report automation and acting as the point of contact for POCs.
• Creating presentations for CXO on the unit's performance and highlights.
• Driving continuous improvement of processes and developing or updating relevant policies.
• Acting as SPOC for implementing various initiatives approved by senior management.
• Managing internal stakeholders.
• Key attributes for success include strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Work Location: Bangalore (WFO, 3 days per week)
