About the Role
Join Wabtec Corporation as an intern where you'll be a vital part of our Digital Solutions team, contributing to the engineering efforts aimed at transformative solutions in the Ports and Rail domain. This internship involves taking responsibility for module delivery under the guidance of a mentor, collaborating with team members, and developing and testing software components.
Responsibilities
- Develop code, unit tests, and integration test cases.
- Assist in troubleshooting and deploying software projects.
- Engage in technical discussions, contributing to presentations and proof-of-concepts.
- Report progress to key stakeholders regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages: C/C++, Java, Python.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: Angular JS, JavaScripts.
- Good understanding of RDBMS and cloud technologies like AWS.
- Comprehension of data structures and algorithms.
Educational Requirements
Ideal candidates should be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
