About the Role

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies improve the quality and safety of online content. Team members also gain hands-on experience while testing, evaluating and challenging AI systems and platforms, including generative AI.

Due to the nature of the work, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay updated on changing client policies, guidelines, generative AI shortcomings and content moderation or responsible AI regulations and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusals or disclaimers according to client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.
