Accenture is a trusted, innovative and experienced partner to leading platform companies. Its Trust and Safety offering (Content Moderation and Responsible AI) helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies scale and improve their businesses.

The Trust and Safety team is an important line of defense, improving the quality and safety of online content while giving you hands-on job experience. The team tests, evaluates and challenges AI systems and platforms to improve integrity, quality and safety, including generative AI. You will deliver value to clients while making a larger impact on society.

You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Because of the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, flashing lights, and contrasting light and dark patterns.

• Familiarity with and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms and internet culture
• Awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market and region being supported

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
• Stay updated on changing client policies, guidelines, industry trends, generative AI shortcomings and advances in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to test large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusal to answer, or added disclaimers, according to client definitions
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy
