About the Role

As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will be part of Accenture's Trust and Safety team, which serves as an important line of defense by helping improve the quality and safety of online content. You will gain hands-on job experience while contributing to keeping the internet safe and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, and investigate, escalate, or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, flashing lights, or contrasting light and dark patterns.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
