Responsibilities

• Receive and process documents while ensuring correct classification and transmission to clients.
• Handle outbound correspondence processing on behalf of clients when required.
• Collect documents from electronic and physical sources for processing.
• Sort, image, file, and archive documents according to form type.
• Identify documents and their purpose while building a database of information.
• Classify documentation based on contractual guidelines.
• Capture required information in accordance with client specifications.
• Verify extracted data from automated data extraction tools.
• Ensure processed data is transmitted to the appropriate next stage.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned and comply with company policies and standards.
