Job Overview

The Associate Training Coordinator - Managed Services supports end-to-end training administration for global clients by coordinating logistics, managing learner communications, and handling LMS activities to ensure smooth training delivery across regions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with training administration issues via email.
• Provide customers with resolutions and training scheduling options.
• Gather additional information about reported issues.
• Perform detailed case analysis, document the case in the system, and generate a ticket.
• Generate daily and weekly reports for customers using Microsoft Excel.
