Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Software Engineer to join our hybrid team based in New Delhi and Gurgaon. This role offers hands-on experience with modern software development technologies including .NET, Python, and Azure. It is ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop technical skills and contribute to innovative healthcare projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand Milliman's mission, values, and strategic goals to align work accordingly.
- Participate actively in training sessions and apply acquired knowledge to projects.
- Learn and work with technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the development team.
- Start under guidance and gradually take on independent responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively with a distributed global team across multiple time zones.
Key Requirements
- Fresh graduates interested in IT careers are welcome.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), SparkSQL, Python, OOPS concepts, and .NET.
- Additional knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Batch, Docker, and Powershell is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and accountable.
Qualifications
B.E, B.Tech, MCA or equivalent degree with less or no professional experience.
