Job Description

The Trade & Transaction Analyst is responsible for completing daily operational activities according to defined standards while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production tasks. The role requires strict adherence to processing cut-off times and maintaining the quality levels defined in service level agreements.

The analyst must respond to queries and first-level escalations related to routine activities within the defined timelines. The role also involves supporting peers when required and sharing effective practices with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of Nostro, Cash Wash, and Security Wash accounts at the transaction level using TLM.
• Carry out client system reconciliations across platforms such as Avaloq, Kondor, and Marginman.
• Execute Management Review Process (MRP) reconciliation activities.
• Complete SOX monthly certification tasks to support regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management oversight.
• Coordinate with internal teams and onshore stakeholders to investigate reconciliation breaks and resolve issues.
• Support training initiatives, take on new tasks, and assist with automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and collaborate with the robotics team to test and decode formulas from existing macros and tools within Blue Prism.
• Process account opening and closing requests within internal ledger systems.
• Assist project teams with migration-related activities.
• Handle additional ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
