Job Title: TFL – Trade NCT
Location: Pune, India
Role Overview
Trade Finance Operations covers several banking products such as Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The role provides opportunities to work across multiple processes and develop product knowledge within trade operations.
Team members receive training from subject matter experts and are encouraged to continuously build their understanding of trade products and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions related to Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the trade operations delivery hub while meeting defined customer service level agreements.
- Review outstanding transactions and ensure processing accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
- Work closely with branch operations teams and sales staff to maintain effective collaboration.
Skills and Experience
- Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by ICC such as UCP and URC.
- Awareness of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with trade finance products and services.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Flexibility to work late night shifts when required.
