Position Description

Technip Energies is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join its Engineering, Process & Technology Teams in Mumbai. This is a full-time role designed for recent graduates aiming to gain hands-on experience in the energy sector and build a strong foundation in core engineering disciplines.

As a GET, you will contribute to real-world projects and learn directly from experienced engineers. You will also participate in structured training programs and professional development initiatives aimed at preparing you for a long-term career with Technip Energies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in design, analysis, and field engineering tasks across various departments
  • Contribute to meaningful engineering projects under the guidance of experienced mentors
  • Work collaboratively with teams to support project execution and delivery
  • Engage in professional development through internal training programs
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education Requirement:
    B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Petrochemical Engineering
  • Eligible Batch:
    Only 2025 pass-outs (no backlog history)

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum of 70% marks in 10th, 12th, and all semesters of the degree course
  • Strong foundation in engineering principles and concepts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduate with strong interest in core engineering functions
  • Logical thinking and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work in design, analysis, and on-site field engineering roles
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment
