About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Trainee - BI & Analytics to join our team in Noida. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop core skills in data engineering, analytics, and visualization under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data consumption, transformation, and modeling from various sources for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards using Power BI.
• Learn and apply SQL, DAX, M, and/or Python in data projects.
• Support tasks related to cloud data services, especially Microsoft Azure fundamentals.
• Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
• Participate in data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Proactively troubleshoot data issues and support team objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Academic or project experience with SQL.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts such as Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (including internships and academic projects).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python, D3.js, or other visualization libraries.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Introductory certifications such as Azure Fundamentals.
• Participation in hackathons or data challenges.
