About the Role
We are seeking a Graduate Trainee - BI & Analytics to join our team in Noida. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop core skills in data engineering, analytics, and visualization under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data consumption, transformation, and modeling from various sources for reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards using Power BI.
- Learn and apply SQL, DAX, M, and/or Python in data projects.
- Support tasks related to cloud data services, especially Microsoft Azure fundamentals.
- Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
- Participate in data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Proactively troubleshoot data issues and support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Academic or project experience with SQL.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts such as Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 0–1 year of professional experience (including internships and academic projects).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Python, D3.js, or other visualization libraries.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Introductory certifications such as Azure Fundamentals.
- Participation in hackathons or data challenges.
