
As a Data Analyst within the Digital & Management Information team, you will help deliver end-to-end solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal auditing. In this agile environment, you will connect business needs with technology solutions by translating requirements from Group Internal Audit (GIA) into scalable reporting and automation capabilities.
Your work will support innovation across the organisation through analytics, reporting, and modern technologies.
Group Internal Audit (GIA) provides independent assurance to the Board of Directors and Group Executive Committee, helping protect Swiss Re’s assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability. The team evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls and supports improvements across operations.
The Digital & Management Information team focuses on using technology and data to make auditing smarter, faster, and more impactful through collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
Swiss Re follows a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work from the office at least three days per week.
