About the Role
As a Support Analyst at Oracle, you will be responsible for addressing end-user inquiries through phone and electronic channels. Your primary objective will be to deliver level-one support and resolve issues within defined timelines by leveraging the knowledge base and web resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets via phone, email, or web-based channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues following established procedures and resources.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant technical teams with clear case notes.
- Assist with onboarding and support for new and existing users.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications
