Role Overview
As a UX Research Intern, you will contribute to the evolution of Sprinklr’s enterprise platform by working alongside teams in the United States and collaborating with researchers, designers, and engineers. The role includes ownership of a multi-phase research study, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights, and presenting findings to product leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and Execute Studies: Assist with planning, designing, and conducting research studies including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze user feedback and behavioral metrics to create personas, task analyses, and journey maps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and engineers to align user needs with technical and product requirements.
- Research Operations Support: Help coordinate participant recruitment, study logistics, and research repositories.
- Advocate for the User: Convert research findings into actionable design insights and present recommendations through reports and visual presentations.
- UX Quality Assurance: Participate in benchmarking, competitor reviews, and feature evaluations to identify usability gaps.
What We Look For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- Interest in AI systems and AI-driven product research, including human-AI trust and prompt workflows.
- Academic or project exposure to UX research methods such as card sorting, heuristic evaluations, interviews, and context mapping.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into structured insights.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data.
- Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, Typeform, Figma, and Miro.
- Interest in solving complex B2B workflow and enterprise product challenges.
