Overview

About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence, you will collaborate with the Content Customer Service Team to address client inquiries, enhance data quality, and provide actionable insights. Your role will significantly impact client satisfaction and support our mission of delivering accurate and comprehensive data solutions.

Eligibility:

  • Batch: Open to graduates from 2023, 2024 batches.
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve client questions related to Public Ownership and Investor Activism datasets.
  • Conduct research and provide accurate, timely, and quality responses to customer inquiries.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles to improve client self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless workflow and resolution of queries.
  • Identify patterns and trends in client queries for continuous process improvement.
  • Manage client interactions, provide training, and support ongoing projects.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by reporting key insights and trends.
