The ICOS Vision Systems division specializes in automated tools for inspecting and sorting integrated circuit packages. With over 15 years of market leadership, ICOS delivers tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape inspection solutions used by major semiconductor manufacturers globally.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software for wafer and panel metrology products.
- Analyze requirements and implement new features.
- Create automated tests and maintain supporting tools.
- Debug and resolve software issues.
- Provide technical assistance to team members and field engineers.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Proficiency in modern C++ with additional knowledge of C# and/or Python.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to understand and create UML models.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a small team and take initiative.
