This role is based in the Vadodara office and requires working onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical triage for reported issues by validating system behavior through reproduction, code analysis, and supporting evidence.
  • Develop an end to end understanding of the EHR application, including frontend workflows and how user actions affect system behavior.
  • Review and trace existing code paths to understand system interactions and identify potential failure points.
  • Reproduce issues using workflows, test data, logs, configuration, and screenshots in lower or production-like environments.
  • Evaluate reported problems to determine whether they can be investigated and identify missing details when required.
  • Create structured investigation notes, including reproduction steps, expected versus actual behavior, impact, and supporting evidence for handoff to other teams.

Knowledge and Application

  • Ability to read and understand web application code and database logic for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Interest in learning and navigating a large, established codebase and application environment.
  • Understanding of relational data concepts and SQL.
  • Ability to reason about how frontend actions affect backend system state.
  • Experience using AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot to support coding, debugging, and documentation tasks.

Problem Solving and Collaboration

  • Comfort working with incomplete information while investigating issues and validating system behavior.
  • Ability to draw evidence-based conclusions and determine when further investigation requires additional information.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate technical findings clearly in written and verbal discussions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in software engineering, QA or automation, production support engineering, or technical investigation roles.
  • Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and interest in debugging real system behavior.
  • Ability to communicate investigation outcomes clearly in English, both in writing and discussion.
  • Ability to apply AI tools for daily engineering tasks such as generating test cases, refactoring code, researching solutions, and improving productivity.
