About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, you will be part of a diverse and collaborative environment, working on cross-functional projects that deliver sustainable solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global business and technology teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain software modules based on functional and system requirements.
- Work with configuration management, testing, and deployment processes.
- Research and utilize emerging technologies to meet customer needs.
- Review and improve complex code bases.
- Apply strong architecture and design principles with a keen business understanding.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (all specializations), MCA, MSc (CS/IT).
- Batch: 2025 and 2026 graduates.
- Active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked to Aadhar are mandatory.
Salary Details
- Analyst: ₹4.25 LPA (₹4 LPA + ₹25,000 one-time incentive)
- Senior Analyst: ₹7.5 LPA
