About the Role
Capgemini is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Contact Support Group (CSG) within the Cloud & Infra Services division. This team acts as the first line of defense for IT infrastructure incidents and service requests, utilizing both traditional and digital communication channels to deliver proactive and user-centric support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring accurate categorization and timely updates to customers.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and best practices to analyze ticket data and improve customer support processes.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and meet customer expectations consistently.
- Engage with customers professionally from initial greeting to issue resolution and closure.
- Leverage AI BOT tools like CHIP to enhance customer experience and optimize resolution times.
- Handle service email queries effectively, minimizing unnecessary escalations.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base to facilitate faster problem resolution.
- Promote Capgemini’s tools and services to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Support clients across diverse industries including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Troubleshoot internet issues, perform password/session resets, and assist with profile updates.
- Achieve first contact resolution wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Willingness to relocate and work night shifts if required.
Eligibility Criteria

- Completion of any 3-year diploma or graduation program in 2025.
- Open only to Indian citizens.
Selection Process

Compensation
Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 plus a one-time incentive of ₹25,000.
