Role Overview
As a Software Engineer (Backend), you will design, develop, document, and support scalable systems and applications used by a large number of developers. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop systems and applications with agility and scalability.
- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks from development to production deployment.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and launch of key product features.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with other engineers.
- Drive best practices and continuous engineering improvements.
- Resolve issues across various operating systems and programming languages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 years of software development or programming experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, and networking concepts.
- Experience working on Windows and Linux platforms below the application layer.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a startup mentality and eagerness to learn.

Location
