About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 08

This position involves building and supporting low-code and AI-enabled applications using Microsoft technologies. The role works closely with engineers and business stakeholders to design solutions that address real business needs.

  • Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and business teams to design low-code and no-code solutions for business use cases.
  • Create and configure AI-powered copilots and agents using Agentic AI frameworks and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility models.
  • Integrate applications with Microsoft Cloud Platform tools, APIs, and enterprise services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Assist with testing, debugging, and deployment to ensure solutions meet quality and internal standards.
  • Support the full automation lifecycle, including idea intake, design, development, and post-deployment improvements.
  • Explore and contribute to emerging AI-driven development tools and technologies.
