You will make a difference by:

• Performing daily customer and vendor creations and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests, handling emergency requests where applicable, contacting requestors to resolve discrepancies, and assisting the team as needed for Siemens Business Units.
• Coordinating with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues.
• Applying analytical skills to resolve queries.
• Understanding the AR/AP process.
• Ensuring proper accounting and controls for processing activities.
• Understanding various quality methodologies.
• Maintaining accurate master data for customer and vendor creations and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests.
• Working with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolution.
• Working with multiple applications and ERPs.

• A graduate degree (B.Com, BBA).
• Flexibility to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced MS Excel).
