Siemens Bangalore Hiring Trainee in Finance Operations | Graduates

Your Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer and vendor creations and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests, process emergency requests where applicable, contact requestors to resolve discrepancies, and assist the team for Siemens Business Units.
• Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve queries.
• Understand the AR/AP process.
• Ensure proper accounting and controls are performed for processing activities.
• Understand various quality methodologies.
• Maintain accurate master data for customer and vendor creations and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests.
• Work with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolution.
• Work across multiple applications and ERP systems.

Your Profile

• You are a graduate (B.Com, BBA).
• You are flexible to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
• You are proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are a proactive thinker and problem solver.
• You can manage complexity.
• You bring a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• You take ownership and accountability.

This role is based in Bangalore. You will also visit other locations in India and beyond, so you should be willing to travel as the work requires. You will work with teams that impact entire cities and countries.
