Shell Graduate Programme 2026 - India
Join Shell India as a Graduate and take part in a structured three year programme created to develop future leaders. The programme combines practical work experience with formal learning, job rotations, and individual coaching to help you grow your technical and leadership capabilities.
The role may be based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Mumbai, or Taloja. Graduate programme start dates are scheduled for May and August 2026.
What you will do
As a graduate at Shell, you will work on meaningful assignments while collaborating with experienced colleagues. You will analyze business or technical situations and propose solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives.
