Main Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Create and execute territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare professionals to promote Sanofi products.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends.
• Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Document customer interactions and insights using the CRM system.
• Address customer queries and provide relevant product information.
• Work with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.

Product Knowledge and Communication

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and market competition.
• Deliver compliant and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Follow all compliance guidelines related to promotional activities.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, industry trends, and market developments.

Compliance and Ethics

• Ensure all activities align with company policies, regulations, and local laws.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and expenses.
• Report adverse events using the appropriate procedures.
• Understand the distinction between promotional and scientific engagement activities.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with medical teams when healthcare professionals require medical information.
• Partner with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams.
• Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and company events.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers can apply, prior pharma sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of products, market practices, and business policies is desirable.
• Preferred education includes B.Sc. or B.Pharma.
• English language proficiency is required.
