About the Job
Sanofi is an R&D-driven biopharma company focused on improving lives through innovative medicines and vaccines. The Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) team works to integrate patient perspectives into clinical research using COA methods and evidence generation activities.
The Hyderabad-based COA evidence generation team supports the Patient Driven Medicines Development (PDMD) function in strategic evidence generation for clinical research and regulatory decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support evidence synthesis projects including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.
- Conduct secondary research to build understanding of diseases and treatment paradigms.
- Assist in evidence generation activities related to COA instruments, including gap analyses, implementation, psychometric validation, and statistical assessments.
- Help prepare scientific reports, regulatory documents, and publications for internal and external use.
- Contribute to COA endpoint strategies aligned with product value propositions.
- Support patient-centric outcome messaging and dissemination initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with evidence generation guidelines and relevant standards.
Performance and Process Support
- Assist in literature reviews, qualitative research, COA landscape analysis, and development of COA-related evidence.
- Support research studies related to patient experience, patient preference, and validation of COA instruments.
- Contribute to development of evidence generation templates and processes aligned with FDA and EMA guidance.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support strategic COA deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with global teams across PDMD, HEVA, R&D, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access functions.
- Assist in preparing customized evidence generation deliverables for internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Strong analytical ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
