About the Role

S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates for their Early Careers IMPACT Program. This 18-month rotational internship offers exposure to multiple technology domains, including Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, Agile Project Management, and Product Development. Participants will work in a collaborative, multi-functional environment, integrating solutions into products with a customer-first approach.

Program Structure

  • Three six-month rotations across different technology departments
  • Specialization in 3-4 chosen areas during the program
  • Structured training, hands-on project work, and mentorship
  • Post-program placement in a specialized technology area

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions and core products
  • Transform change requests into technical designs and implementations
  • Ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction in production delivery

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields
  • Passing year: 2026
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to work in 24x5 rotational shifts
  • Knowledge of coding, data structures, and algorithms
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns
  • Familiarity with database concepts and testing techniques
