About the Role
S&P Global Commodity Insights is seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates for their Early Careers IMPACT Program. This 18-month rotational internship offers exposure to multiple technology domains, including Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, Agile Project Management, and Product Development. Participants will work in a collaborative, multi-functional environment, integrating solutions into products with a customer-first approach.
Program Structure
- Three six-month rotations across different technology departments
- Specialization in 3-4 chosen areas during the program
- Structured training, hands-on project work, and mentorship
- Post-program placement in a specialized technology area
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver software solutions and core products
- Transform change requests into technical designs and implementations
- Ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction in production delivery

Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields
- Passing year: 2026
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work in 24x5 rotational shifts
- Knowledge of coding, data structures, and algorithms
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns
- Familiarity with database concepts and testing techniques
