Solutions Operations is a leader in leveraged loan, private equity, and high-yield solutions, delivering products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis. The team supports clients through managed services and outsourced front-to-back office operations tailored to business needs.

S&P Global is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage data maintenance, reporting, support, training, and business analysis activities for Structured Finance Obligations including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. The role provides exposure to portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control for data processed within WSO environments.
• Handle trade settlements in WSO Admin along with new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, and commitment reductions.
• Process daily activity, restructures, amendments, and new deal closings for asset types such as Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, and CDS.
• Review source documentation and communications received from agent banks.
• Process interest and commitment fees while investigating discrepancies when required.
• Review system-generated reports to monitor facilities and resolve exception items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to ensure accurate system updates.
• Respond to client and departmental requests within defined turnaround timelines.
• Support special projects and contribute process improvements where needed.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Background in Business, Finance, or Accounting is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-focused, and analytical environment.
