About the Role
This position focuses on supporting AI, automation, analytics, and IT solutions that improve business processes and user experience. The role involves building AI-powered applications, developing automation workflows, and delivering data insights through reporting and visualization tools. The analyst will work closely with technical and business teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
AI and Automation Support
- Design and develop AI-powered applications such as NLP models, chatbots, and intelligent automation tools.
- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines using Python and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML.
- Work with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows and user experience.
- Create automation scripts and decision-support tools driven by AI capabilities.
- Identify manual or repetitive processes suitable for automation and assist with workflow development.
- Develop Python scripts to automate analytics processes and generate visualizations.
- Support AI-enabled solutions including chatbots, document processing, and intelligent reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation and AI systems to maintain reliability.
Analytics and Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and IT stakeholders.
- Perform basic analysis to identify patterns, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of data and reporting outputs.
Systems and IT Support
- Assist with gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, and enhancement of IT solutions.
- Maintain documentation for processes, reports, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors.
Continuous Improvement and Learning
- Stay informed about developments in AI, automation, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Participate in training programs, pilot initiatives, and innovation activities.
- Recommend improvements to current IT systems and reporting processes.
Technical Requirements
Core Technical Skills
- Advanced Python programming.
- Data manipulation using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Data visualization with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- JSON and XML parsing.
- Integration with REST APIs.
AI and Machine Learning
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings, and text classification.
- Model training, evaluation, and tuning practices.
Data Tools and Platforms
- Data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- SQL databases including MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with services like Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI, or Cognitive Services is advantageous.
Automation and Integration
- Scripting using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Exposure to RPA or workflow automation tools is beneficial.
