About the Role

The Apprentice, Data Operations team works on research reports and company documents to gather information and create meaningful consensus from collected data. The role also involves monitoring global industry trade publications, websites, and news aggregators in real time.

Teams within the Enterprise Data Organization include Fundamentals, Filings & Sourcing, People Data, Transactions (M&A and Capital Markets), Private Markets, and others.

The Impact

The team delivers high‑quality content that supports clients in making informed decisions. In this role, you will help maintain the accuracy and completeness of datasets by using internal tools and external public research sources such as government and regulatory filings, stock exchange records, industry journals, analyst reports, and other research materials.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and extract financial data and input it into internal tools according to defined guidelines.
• Understand assigned datasets, workflows, and maintain strong working knowledge of the tools used for data processing.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist the team in improving workflows and departmental processes.
• Respond promptly to communication from colleagues and managers while demonstrating initiative in learning new tasks.

Program Environment

The role operates in a 24x5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts when required. The position also provides exposure to global collaboration and cross‑regional workflows.
