About the Role

The Money Market Directories (MMD) team collects and maintains a comprehensive web-based information platform for investors and investment managers worldwide. The team delivers timely, comprehensive and accurate data that supports business relationships, helps identify new sales opportunities and sources of capital, supports focused prospecting and powers targeted mailing campaigns. MMD also provides access to information on key decision makers who manage investment capital worldwide.

As a data researcher in a highly dynamic team, you will produce accurate and timely data and information for clients. Your knowledge of the financial industry will grow as you develop a deeper understanding of best practices and process improvement. You will challenge the status quo, bring in fresh ideas and strive for operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Collect data for a wide range of investment plans and profiles, including institutional investors, investment managers, mandates, family offices and consultants, and carry out client research requests.
• Maintain profiles by sourcing from company websites, regulatory filings, news, company contacts and web-based research.
• Identify relevant information on deal activity and the buy-side and sell-side entities involved.
• Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to ensure data timeliness and accuracy.
• Take part in and develop projects and processes that focus on data integrity and workflow solutions.
• Troubleshoot problems, maintain online services support, and work with systems and project managers to implement enhancements.
• Maintain and develop relevant information sources and direct contacts within the market.
• Build industry knowledge where applicable.
• Be open to outbound calls when needed for data verification.
