Job Description

This role involves day-to-day review of voice logs between Client Relationship Managers (RCs) and clients where trade details are discussed and agreed. The reviewer confirms that key trade details are clearly discussed, accurately captured, and documented in the matching product-specific template. The work calls for close attention to detail, adherence to review standards, timely completion of production duties, and proper escalation of exceptions, missing information, or first-level queries within set timelines. The person also covers for peers when needed and shares best practices to support consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review voice logs between RCs and clients to confirm trade details were discussed and agreed as required.
• Listen to client and RM conversations and accurately record the agreed details in the prescribed business template.
• Complete the product-specific voice log review template with accurate details, observations, and review outcomes.
• Identify and flag missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear trade details and escalate exceptions within agreed timelines.
• Complete daily production activities accurately and on time, in line with defined SLAs, cut-off times, and quality expectations.
• Perform quality checks on completed reviews to support consistency, audit readiness, and control effectiveness.
• Help prepare and review daily control and production reports, including tracking open items, exceptions, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with RC and business teams to clarify or resolve deficiencies found during voice log review.
• Maintain documentation and evidence of review outcomes for internal control, audit, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders on complex cases, escalations, reporting needs, and process improvements.
• Cover for peers during absences and support knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous improvement.
• Carry out other administration, reporting, and control-related tasks as assigned.
