About the Role
The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, trusted, and comprehensive data and insights related to M&A, public offerings, equity buybacks, and bankruptcy activity. The team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to support its mission.

Responsibilities
- Research, gather, and validate transaction-related data from company filings, regulatory documents, press releases, and additional sources.
- Meet individual and team goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Support SME-building initiatives to improve overall team performance and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Good secondary research abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts based on business needs.
- Basic Microsoft Office certification.
- Foundational understanding of accounting and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Modelling, Python, and JavaScript. Relevant certifications are preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Multi-lingual capabilities.
