About the Role
The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, trusted, and actionable data and insights related to M&A, public offerings, equity buybacks, and bankruptcy. The team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to support its global data initiatives.
The Team
The team works on collecting and managing transactions-related intelligence from multiple sources, helping customers access reliable market insights and financial data.

Responsibilities
- Research, collect, and validate transactions-related data from company filings, regulatory documents, press releases, and additional public sources.

- Support SME-building initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Good secondary research abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts based on business needs.
- Basic Microsoft Office certification.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Modelling, Python, and JavaScript.
- Relevant certifications in data technologies are preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Multilingual abilities.
