About the Role
Grade Level: 07
The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, reliable, and comprehensive data and insights related to M&A, public offerings, equity buybacks, and bankruptcy activity. The team works to provide actionable intelligence across global markets. We are seeking a detail oriented data analyst with strong analytical ability to support this mission.
The Team
The group is responsible for collecting and maintaining high quality transaction data from multiple global sources. Its goal is to ensure that market participants have accurate and timely information related to corporate transactions and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities
- Research, gather, and standardize transaction related data from company filings, regulatory documents, press releases, and other credible sources.
- Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.
- Support subject matter expertise initiatives that improve overall team quality and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong comprehension ability.
- Secondary research capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Basic Microsoft Office certification.
- Understanding of accounting concepts and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data modelling, Python, or JavaScript. Certifications are beneficial.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Ability to work with multiple languages.
