About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 07

The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, reliable, and comprehensive data and insights across M&A, Public Offerings, Equity Buybacks, and Bankruptcy. The team aims to provide actionable intelligence for the marketplace. This role is suited for a detail-oriented data analyst with strong analytical capability.

The Team

The Transactions team works with large volumes of financial and regulatory information to build high-quality datasets. Their mission is to create trusted intelligence that helps market participants make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Research, collect, and standardize transaction-related data points from company filings, regulatory documents, press releases, and other public sources.
  • Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
  • Support subject matter expertise initiatives that enhance team knowledge and improve data quality.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong comprehension ability.
  • Good secondary research capability.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
  • Basic Microsoft Office certification.
  • Foundational understanding of accounting concepts and financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data modeling, Python, or JavaScript (certification preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Ability to work with multiple languages.
