About the Role

The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, reliable, and comprehensive data and insights across M&A, Public Offerings, Equity Buybacks, and Bankruptcy. The team aims to provide actionable intelligence for the marketplace. This role is suited for a detail-oriented data analyst with strong analytical capability.
The Team
The Transactions team works with large volumes of financial and regulatory information to build high-quality datasets. Their mission is to create trusted intelligence that helps market participants make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Research, collect, and standardize transaction-related data points from company filings, regulatory documents, press releases, and other public sources.
- Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
- Support subject matter expertise initiatives that enhance team knowledge and improve data quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong comprehension ability.
- Good secondary research capability.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Basic Microsoft Office certification.
- Foundational understanding of accounting concepts and financial markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data modeling, Python, or JavaScript (certification preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Ability to work with multiple languages.
