About the Role
The Insurance Client Services Associate serves as a key contact for clients, supporting insurance companies that use the Capital IQ Pro platform. The role focuses on helping clients maximize the product’s value by resolving queries related to the platform and its Excel add-in.
Associates spend their time responding to client questions, addressing product-related requests, and escalating issues to relevant internal teams when required. The position also involves coordination with content teams and account management to ensure effective client support.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Deliver high-quality product support to clients using the Capital IQ Pro platform.
- Act as a direct client contact, helping improve the client’s perception of the company's services.
- Relay client feedback and insights to internal teams to support platform improvements.
- Contribute to improved data quality, operational efficiency, and reduced error rates.
- Support global S&P clients by providing industry-focused assistance.
- Handle inbound client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat channels.
- Stay updated on macroeconomic developments, industry trends, and product enhancements.
- Coordinate independently with multiple internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet client satisfaction targets.
- Provide suggestions related to product usability, presentation, and data quality improvements.
