The Screening and Platform Customization team delivers specialized support for advanced analytical tools, enabling clients to have a tailored experience with our products. This global team focuses on onboarding, support, and client adoption of the Screener product and additional features available on the S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms.
The group includes professionals with backgrounds in investment, finance, and analytics. Their goal is to understand client needs and objectives, then provide solutions that improve workflows and platform usage.
Screening and Platform specialists consult with clients on how to get maximum value from our web-based platforms. They guide users on the Screening tool, create complex screens, and customize the interface to match each client’s workflow. Specialists also configure settings and create watch lists, charts, and company tear sheets so clients can maintain a personalized workspace.
This team is a key point of interaction with clients and often represents the organization directly. Daily activities include building screens, lists, alerts, and charts, responding to client queries, and demonstrating expertise in platform tools and data. The role also involves working closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to support client success and platform improvements.
