About the Role
The Entity Management team supports S&P Global’s databases by maintaining and delivering entity-level data across multiple products. The team manages research-driven profile information, symbol linking, and cross-reference identifiers for more than 100 million entities.
The team also handles integration of third-party data with in-house datasets, supports products such as BECRS and XpressFeed, and works on eliminating duplicate company profiles to maintain high-quality data.
The Impact
- Collect, analyze, and ingest data from multiple vendors within defined SLAs while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure accurate workflows that directly impact downstream collection processes and client-facing information.
- Support products such as GICRS and BECRS through cross-referenced data used in XpressFeed.

Responsibilities
- Ingest and maintain third-party data feeds in the database while ensuring accurate information flow to clients.
- Meet individual and team targets with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
- Develop understanding of datasets, workflows, and related work tools.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding work progress and challenges.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, quality control initiatives, and process reviews.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with a commerce background (BBA, BMS, BCom) or PGDM/MBA specialization in Finance.
- Passing year should be 2025.
- Willingness to work in a 24x5 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accountancy, financial statements, and annual reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good quantitative and analytical skills.
