About the Role

As part of the Client Services team, you will support clients who use the S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. The role involves working closely with experienced professionals across departments including Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support. This environment offers exposure to how the organization serves clients across sectors such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, and corporate markets.

You will assist financial professionals and decision makers who rely on S&P Global’s data and technology solutions. Your work will contribute to improving client satisfaction and helping users make informed decisions using reliable financial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Assist clients through phone, email, and chat channels. Address inquiries, help resolve issues, and guide users on platform features.

• Learning and Training: Attend product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to understand the platforms and client requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Interest in client service and financial market data platforms.
• Good interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
• Basic hands-on experience with MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based in Ahmedabad. Candidates should be willing to work flexible shifts, including US business hours when required.
