About the Role
Rubrik is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project/Program Manager Intern to join our Engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will assist in managing the delivery of On-Prem and SaaS products, supporting planning, execution, and tracking of multiple technical programs and initiatives across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics; maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation; track progress and communicate updates; create dashboards and KPI reports.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support to prioritize and deliver features; assist in communicating schedules, status, and issues; help run effective meetings.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans; support development teams in resolving issues impacting timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency; document lessons learned and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with storage domain concepts.
- Experience or exposure to enterprise product development.
