About the Role

Role: Specialist, Revenue Operations

Grade Level (Internal Reference): 08

Shift: Primarily night shift (9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time). Timing may change depending on business needs.

The Revenue Operations team supports the commercial front line across the order-to-cash workflow. The team operates globally with members in India, Pakistan, and the Philippines, working closely with different departments to assist a growing network of internal stakeholders.

In this position, you will help improve operational efficiency across the commercial revenue cycle. The role also involves supporting sales and account management teams by handling administrative and operational activities within the Salesforce billing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pricing for new sales and renewal quotes using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Draft contracts for new sales and renewals within Salesforce.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and assist with Salesforce data clean up tasks.
  • Support billing and sales related projects while contributing practical solutions.
  • Handle general inquiries connected to new sales and renewals.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues within the order-to-cash system to help improve data quality and the client purchasing experience.
  • Work with internal teams including order management, legal, fulfillment, cash applications, and collections to address client questions.

Requirements

  • Strong comprehension along with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to tasks.
