Role Overview
As a UX Research Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sprinklr’s multi-product enterprise platform. You will collaborate closely with teams based in the United States, gaining exposure to global product development practices and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute studies: Assist in planning, designing, and conducting generative and evaluative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Data synthesis & analysis: Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral metrics to build user personas, task analyses, and user journey maps.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure user needs are integrated into product roadmaps.
- Research operations support: Help organize participant recruitment pipelines, coordinate study logistics, and manage internal research repositories.
What We Look For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Psychology, Design, or related field.
- AI-first mindset: A strong curiosity for AI systems and eagerness to learn how to research AI-driven products.
- Research fundamentals: Solid academic or project experience with foundational UX research methods.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data sets into clean, concise, and structured takeaways.
