As part of the customer delivery team in New Delhi, the Junior Consultant supports the on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technologies. The role involves working with customers across industries to build enterprise IT solutions based on Red Hat platforms.
Program Overview
The Junior Consultant participates in the FASTER Program, a structured 12‑month development program designed to build technical expertise and customer engagement skills. Participants gain practical experience with Red Hat’s technology portfolio, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real customer projects. The program begins on 1 September 2026.
What You Will Do
- Learn about Red Hat and how its portfolio helps customers address technical, development, and strategic business challenges.
- Develop technical capabilities across Red Hat solutions including cloud, automation, and AI through training programs and certifications.
- Apply technical knowledge by participating in customer engagements, project work, and job shadowing.
- Support experienced members of the Services Delivery team with implementation and adoption of Red Hat technologies.
- Build professional capabilities through real-world customer interactions and skill development opportunities.
- Gain familiarity with processes and tools used in enterprise-level solution architecture.
- Assist sales teams by helping deliver enterprise IT solutions built on Red Hat platforms.
What You Will Bring
- Interest in open source technology and a desire to develop a career in the technology industry.
- Technical foundation in computer science, IT, AI, or related areas gained through university programs, boot camps, or certifications.
- Experience applying analytical and technical skills in enterprise IT related projects.
- Motivation to learn new technologies through self‑directed study.
- Customer-focused mindset with interest in understanding client requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and Red Hat offices for project work.
- Experience using Linux is preferred.
- Red Hat certifications or exposure to Red Hat technologies such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform, or Red Hat AI platform is considered an advantage.
