About the Role
Rapido is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in product management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to product development, and gain hands-on experience in managing features from ideation to release.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership & Execution
- Work under the guidance of senior product managers (Level 7 or above)
- Take ownership of minor product features
- Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Program manage execution of features from inception to release
- Support internal and external feature marketing activities
Product Thinking
- Ask the right questions to understand users and their needs
- Begin developing strong user empathy
- Understand the product vision and contribute to the strategy
- Participate actively in product processes
- Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with guidance
Data and Analysis
- Conduct simple data analysis to support decision-making
- Learn and use tools relevant to product and data analytics
- Follow complex analyses and insights within your team (POD)
Ways of Working
- Follow best practices for collaboration across teams
- Use tools and workflows to ensure timely delivery
- Report and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate risks, blockers, plans, and progress clearly
- Work effectively within a small, agile POD structure
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates or final-year students
- Candidates from engineering, humanities, or design backgrounds
- Individuals from data, tech, design, or program management looking to transition into product roles
- Self-starters with a willingness to take initiative and contribute beyond the scope
- Curious minds with an interest in understanding users and solving real-world problems
