Job Description

Trainee role focused on functional and system-level validation of semiconductor products, based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional and system-level validation test cases for semiconductor products.
• Perform silicon validation, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Validate MCU/SoC peripherals such as GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, ADC, and Interrupts.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and collaborate with Design, DV, Firmware, and Test teams.
• Support automation of validation activities using scripting.

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Digital Electronics, Microcontrollers, and Embedded Systems.
• Good programming skills in C; exposure to Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
• Basic understanding of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Familiarity with the Linux environment and debugging concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience through academic projects or internships in embedded systems or validation.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or automotive systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
