Business Operations Analyst, Processor

The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team supports headquarters and regional teams on finance and business operations activities. This role focuses on business and sales operations activities including Salesforce reporting, account and hierarchy management, master data maintenance, CRM dashboards, change management, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily and weekly master data management activities, company verification, validation, and system updates.
• Support stakeholders with Salesforce reports and maintain CRM dashboards.
• Track and report master data updates, audit dormant accounts, and manage parent account and tier mappings.
• Maintain and update customer billing and shipping details in QCT/Corporate Oracle databases.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately and within timelines with full ownership and accountability.
• Work closely with headquarters and global regional teams through regular review and transition calls.
• Maintain process documentation for all assigned activities.
• Perform additional ad hoc business and sales operations tasks as required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in internal ticketing and business operations.
• Advanced Excel skills. Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Tableau, and related platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, focus on details, and deliver quality output on time.
• Flexibility to attend evening review and transition calls or work in shifts when required.
